------------------------------

"Nothing has changed in the clinical definition of burnout – the well-known state of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion – which served as a starting point for Paolo Spaccamonti and Daniele Brusaschetto's first and hugely appreciated collaboration. But, if such sickness is by definition universal, different can be the ways to approach it. So, if the first volume was mainly devoted to Spaccamonti's guitar playing, the follow-up sees Brusaschetto's industrial sensibility take the center of the stage, amid nods to Ministry (not surprisingly one of the tracks is called Al Jourgensen), late-period Low and guitars who try to make the most out of the few empty spaces left. Similar is the working process, with recordings which took once again place in August, one of the months most commonly associated to burnouts. And identical is the logic behind an extreemely limited release, with only 99 copies on cassette available from Toten Schwan Records.”
